Eddie and Frank Thomas Traveled the Blues Highway for Three Years, recording its story.
13. 61 Highway (South of Lake Cormorant, MS)
Eddie and Frank set up in a pecan grove south of Lake Cormorant. Cars slid past along Highway 61, each trailed by a Doppler effect. With a bottleneck, Eddie slid his version of Fred McDowell's 61 Highway along the strings of a 1932 National Triolian. "That 61 Highway...it's the longest road I know."
