30. Mule Ridin', Talking Blues & I'm a Southern Man (Scott, MS)
It's probably not a stretch to say that Big Bill Broonzy along with folks like Huddie Ledbetter launched the folk era. Could be. Bill's music celebrated the good times and protested the bad. Six foot six, William Lee Conley "Big Bill" Broonzy was from Scott, MS. In a seed bin of the Delta Pine and Land Company, Eddie and Frank did two tunes by Big Bill...I'm a Southern Man and Mule Ridin', Talkin' Blues.
